Our office is at 19/29 in Old Rajinder Nagar. It is a very lively part of New Delhi with lots of people always walking by. We have been here for a long time and we manage all kinds of tours and travel services. The office is usually a bit cluttered with papers, maps, and schedules pinned to the walls. We have a few old desks and some computers that have seen better days, but they still get the job done. We are a small group and we do everything ourselves, from answering the phones to arranging the transport. It is a lot of coordination and sometimes it gets quite hectic when several groups are traveling at the same time. We do not have a big fancy storefront. People just walk into the office from the street. We know the area well and often chat with the neighbors or the students who live nearby. It is a very down-to-earth place to work. We do not use any promotional language or try to act like a big corporation. We are just a local team that knows the travel business well. Sometimes the printer jams or the phone line goes quiet, and we just deal with those little problems as they come up. We keep things practical and just focus on making sure the trips we plan go according to the schedule we made. It is just a matter of staying on top of the details.
