DIWAN MACHINE TOOLS

Our place, DIWAN MACHINE TOOLS, is at A-90/5 in the Group Industrial Area of Wazirpur. This part of Wazirpur is filled with workshops and small factories. You can hear the hum of machines from the moment you turn onto the street. We focus on machine tools and various metal parts. The shop isn't very large, so we have to be careful about where we put everything. We have racks against the walls filled with different bits and pieces. It is usually quite dusty, but that is expected in an industrial area. We don't have a receptionist or a waiting room. If you come by, you'll likely find us right there on the shop floor. We've been at this location for a long time. The rhythm of the day is mostly set by the orders we have to get through. We start early and stay until the work is done. Sometimes we stand out on the street for a bit of fresh air and watch the trucks squeeze through the narrow lanes. Wazirpur is a tough area but it's where we belong. We know our machines inside and out. We don't spend money on fancy signs or marketing stuff. We just focus on the tools we are making. It is a practical way to live and work, and it suits us just fine. There is always a lot to do.
