Divine Travel Connextions

Our office is at 3052/5A in Ranjeet Nagar, which is part of South Patel Nagar here in New Delhi. It's a busy neighborhood and we've been tucked away in this spot for quite a few years now. Most of what we do involves helping folks with their travel plans, like booking tickets or trying to figure out train schedules. It’s not a large, flashy operation with dozens of staff. Usually, it's just a couple of us sitting at our desks, surrounded by stacks of paper and the sound of the phone ringing. We don't have a fancy website or a huge sign outside, just a simple place where people can come in and talk. Sometimes the traffic outside gets really loud, especially in the evenings, but we just keep working through it. We know the local routes well and can usually find a way to get things sorted out when the online systems are being difficult. It’s a practical business. We aren't trying to be anything we're not. People come to us because we're right here in the area and we've been doing this long enough to know the ropes. Some days are slow and we just sit and have tea, while other days are a complete mess of bookings and cancellations. That’s just the nature of travel work in a city like this. We're just here to get the job done for whoever walks through the door.
