Our office is tucked away at F-18/1 in Ber Sarai, New Delhi. We’re located c/o Pratap Singh Pawar. It’s the spot where we manage things for Dish Tv in this area. It’s not a big shiny building like you might see on TV. It’s a practical workspace filled with wires, set-top boxes, and tools. We handle the service side of things, so the phone is usually ringing with people who have issues with their signal. It’s a lot of troubleshooting and explaining things to customers. Ber Sarai is a busy neighborhood, and finding our door can be a bit tricky if it’s your first time here. We don’t have a big staff of corporate executives. We’re just technicians and office workers. Sometimes we have to go out to people's houses in the heat to fix their dishes. It’s tough work, especially in the Delhi summers. We don’t use any fancy language about our mission or anything. We just want to make sure the TV is working for everyone who pays for it. The office is a bit cluttered with equipment, but we know where everything is. We just focus on the daily tasks and getting the service calls done. That’s what a typical day looks like for us at 110016. Sometimes the stairs are a pain when we have to carry heavy boxes, but we’re used to it. We just keep the records and handle the equipment as best as we can.
