Dish Hospitality is run out of an office in Dolphin Apartments. We are at 95-B on the first floor, located in Krishnanagar, Gali No. 4, Safdarjung Enclave. Safdarjung is a nice enough part of New Delhi, and being in an apartment building makes the workspace feel a bit more like home than a cold office building. We deal with hospitality stuff, which basically means we are always busy with something. Whether it’s coordinating supplies or talking to staff at different locations, the phones at 95-B are always ringing. The Gali No. 4 entrance can be a little tricky to find the first time, but once you’re here, it’s a fairly quiet spot. We have a few desks squeezed into the rooms and a small balcony where some of us go to catch a bit of air. We don't have any big slogans or "about us" posters on the walls. Instead, we have calendars with things circled in red and notes stuck to the monitors. It’s a functional space. We try to keep things organized, but in the hospitality world, things change fast, so there’s usually a bit of chaos. We aren't interested in sounding like a big corporation because we aren't one. We are just a group of people working out of an apartment to keep everything running smoothly for the business. It’s hard work, but we’ve got a good routine going and we all know our roles.
