Dish Hospitality Pvt. Ltd.

We operate out of House No. D-1108 on Street Number 6 in Gautam Colony. It’s tucked away in Narela, which is a bit of a trek from central Delhi, but it’s where we’ve set up Dish Hospitality Pvt. Ltd. The office is basically just a room in Rakesh Vashisht’s house, so it feels very much like a home business because that’s exactly what it is. We don't have a big sign out front or a fancy receptionist waiting for guests. Usually, it's just a couple of us sitting around the table going over schedules and food menus. Being in a residential area means it's usually quiet, except for the occasional street noise or neighbors chatting outside. We spend a lot of time on the phone coordinating with staff and making sure everything is ready for the next event. It can be stressful when a client changes their mind at the last minute, but we just roll with it. The kitchen is where most of the real action happens, even if the paperwork stays here in the colony. We aren't some massive corporation with hundreds of employees and shiny cars. We’re just a small group trying to provide decent service and keep our customers happy. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait it out, or the rain makes the street a bit muddy. But this is our spot and we've made it work for us over the years. It’s simple, honest work and we don't try to make it sound more complicated than that.
