Dish Hospitality is based at J 22 in Sector 12, Noida. We’re right in the middle of a busy sector with lots of other businesses and houses around. Since we are in the hospitality world, our office is often full of talk about food, menus, and events. It’s not a quiet place. There are always people coming in to talk about catering or to check on orders. The kitchen smells usually drift through the building, which makes everyone hungry by noon. We have a small office staff that keeps the paperwork in order while the rest of the team handles the practical side of things. Sector 12 is a good location because it’s easy for our delivery vans to get in and out, although the parking can be a bit tight during the middle of the day. We’ve got some basic furniture and a lot of clipboards hanging on the walls. We don't go for anything fancy or expensive in the office. We’d rather focus on making sure the food is right and the customers are satisfied. It’s a lot of hard work and long hours, especially when we have big events lined up. We just take it one day at a time and try to keep everything organized in the chaos. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook and we all have to jump in to help. It's a messy business but we enjoy it most days. We really like being part of the local community here in Noida.
