Direction Abroad,Delhi

Direction Abroad, Delhi is actually located in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. We are based at B-42 in Rajiv Nagar, which is in the Kalyanpur area. Vikas Rai is the person who runs things here. The office is set up within a residential building, which is quite common in this part of Lucknow. We focus on helping people who want to go to other countries. There is a lot of back-and-forth with documents and checking different rules. It is not a big corporate operation with many floors. It is just a few rooms with computers, printers, and a lot of folders. Kalyanpur is a busy area, and Rajiv Nagar has its own local feel. People from the city come here to talk about their plans and bring their papers. We sit down with them and go through everything step by step. It is a lot of detailed work. Sometimes we are here until late at night trying to finish up applications. The office has a simple desk and some chairs for visitors to sit while we talk. We don't have any big advertisements on the walls. We just have our equipment and our files. It is a very hands-on business. We try to be clear with everyone who walks through the door at B-42. It is just us working in a local neighborhood to help folks get where they want to go.
