You can find Dineesty Resturant over in Mahipal Pur, New Delhi, at A167. We’re situated in a spot that sees a lot of travelers because of the airport nearby. It’s a regular place where we cook up meals for anyone who’s hungry. We spend most of our time in the kitchen or making sure the tables are wiped down. It’s not a five-star place with white tablecloths, but we keep it clean and the food is hot. We have a small staff of people who have been with us for a while. We know the regulars from around Mahipal Pur, and we see plenty of new faces too. Running a restaurant is hard work, there’s always something that needs cleaning or a supply that’s running low. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything like that. We just rely on people coming in because they're in the neighborhood and need something to eat. It’s a simple business. We try to keep the noise down, but it gets lively when the dinner rush starts. We’re just local people serving food to whoever walks in. If you’re around A167, you’ll see us.
