Being in Jahangirpuri at E-531 means there is always something going on outside the door. This part of Jhangirpuri is usually crowded with people moving back and forth, and our shop is right in the middle of it. We have been here for a while now, dealing with all sorts of mobile problems. Most of the time, it’s just someone needing a quick fix for a cracked screen or a phone that won't turn on after getting wet. We have shelves lined with different types of headphones and chargers because those are the things people lose the most. It’s a small space, so if three people come in at once, it starts feeling very cramped. I usually have the radio playing in the background to keep things lively. The work is mostly practical—swapping out old batteries or putting on a new tempered glass. We don't pretend to be a big showroom; it’s just a workspace where we get things done. Sometimes parts take a day or two to arrive, so there are always a few phones sitting on the back shelf waiting for their turn. People around here know us by name, which is nice. It makes the long hours feel a bit shorter when you can have a chat with a neighbor while working on a circuit board. It gets dusty, and the lights flicker sometimes, but we stay open until late to help people.
