Digitech Services is a bit unique because our name says New Delhi, but we are actually based in Gaya, Bihar. You can find us in Shantibagh on Road No: 02, right in the New Karimganj area. Our office is situated just opposite Usman Ghani’s place. It is a local neighborhood where most people know each other. We provide various tech services, mostly helping people with digital tasks or fixing small computer issues. The office is not much to look at; it is just a functional room with a few desks and some computers that we use all day. The family of Md Yasin has been in this area for a long time, which is how we ended up in this specific spot. It is a long way from the busy streets of Delhi, but it stays busy in its own way. People come in from all over the district when they need help with their devices or some digital paperwork. We do not have any corporate brochures or polished speeches for our customers. We just sit down, listen to what they need, and try to find a way to help them out. Sometimes the internet can be slow or the rain makes it hard for people to reach us, but we stay open and keep at it. It is a simple life here in Gaya, and we are glad to be part of the local community.
