It’s been quite a while since we set up shop here at Suneja Tower-1 in the Janakpuri District Centre. Most people know this building because of all the offices around. We deal with all sorts of digital and telecom things throughout the day. Usually, the morning starts with checking the inventory and making sure the lights are working right. The District Centre gets really crowded by lunch, so we mostly see people coming in during their breaks. We just try to help with whatever phone or connection issue someone brings through the door. Sometimes it’s a quick fix and other times it takes all afternoon. We don’t have a big team or anything fancy. It’s just a few of us here. The space isn’t huge but it fits everything we need. You can find us easily if you know where the main tower is located. We spend most of our time looking at screens or talking to folks who live nearby. Janakpuri has changed a lot over the years, and we’ve seen shops come and go, but we’re still here doing the same thing. There’s always some noise from the traffic outside, but you get used to it. We keep things pretty simple. If something works, we sell it. If it doesn't, we try to see why. It’s just a regular local business life. We don’t go for big ads or flashy signs. People usually find us by word of mouth or by just walking past the shop while running errands.
