We operate out of M -2 in Sangam Vihar. It’s a busy part of New Delhi 110062, and things are always moving here. Digicable Network is basically us keeping the TV signals running for the houses nearby. If you walk past our office, you’ll see heaps of cables and some toolkits lying around. Most days start early with the technicians heading out to fix a line that a monkey might have chewed or a storm knocked down. It's a lot of climbing ladders and talking to neighbors about their connection. We’ve been in this spot for some time. The office is small, mostly filled with boxes of set-top boxes and remotes. Sometimes the phones ring off the hook when a big cricket match is on and the signal flickers. We do our work as fast as we can. It’s just how it goes in a place like Sangam Vihar. No one likes missing their shows, so we try to stay on top of the repairs. You might see our guys on their bikes with coils of wire on the back. We know the streets here pretty well by now. It isn't a huge operation, just a local team doing what needs to be done. Sometimes we have tea while waiting for a system update to finish. It’s honest work, keeping the screens bright in the neighborhood. We just keep going every day.
