Digambar Telecom is located right in the middle of Bhagirath Palace, which is probably one of the busiest markets you’ll ever visit. We are on the first floor, shop number 11, at 20-67, 68 Chah Indra Kuan. If you’ve been to this area, you know it’s a maze of wires, boxes, and people. Our shop is small, but we make the most of the space we have. We’ve got shelves stacked high with all sorts of telecom parts and gadgets. It’s not a quiet place. There is always someone shouting a price or a delivery guy trying to push a cart through the narrow hallways. We’ve been here long enough that the chaos feels normal to us. We don’t have a fancy showroom. Most of our customers are people who know exactly what part they need and come straight to us for it. We spend our days testing phones, fixing connections, and talking to the other shop owners nearby. It’s a tight-knit community despite how crowded it is. We don't bother with corporate talk or polished presentations. If we can fix something or find a part for you, we will. If we can’t, we’ll tell you who can. That’s just how we run things here at shop 11. It’s a busy life, but it keeps us going and we wouldn't have it any other way right now.
