Our office is right in House Number 47, one of the DDA flats in Safdurjung Enclave. It’s a residential area, so it doesn't feel like a cold business district. We deal with travel and tourism, mostly helping people figure out where they want to go and how to get there. The flat is a bit cramped with all the travel brochures and files we have stacked up. We’ve got a couple of desks squeezed in, and the tea kettle is usually running. It’s a small group of us here. We aren't a giant agency with hundreds of employees. Instead, we just talk to people one-on-one. Safdurjung Enclave is a nice part of Delhi, and we like being based here because it feels like a real neighborhood. We spend a lot of time on the phone with hotels and transport companies. Sometimes the arrangements get complicated, and we have to stay late to fix things. We don't have any big marketing slogans or anything like that. We just try to make sure the trips we plan actually happen without any problems. It’s a lot of checking schedules and confirming bookings. We’ve been doing this for a while now, and we’ve seen all sorts of travel trends come and go. We just stay focused on the work at hand. It's a busy life, but it's interesting to hear where everyone is headed next. We just keep our heads down and do the work.
