You’ll find Diamond Tours & Travels right on the main road at Kakaji E 2 in the Kalkaji Extension. Being on the main road means it’s always busy and there’s a lot of traffic noise from the cars and buses passing by, but it makes us very easy to find for anyone looking for us. We’ve been at this E 2 address for a long time now. The office is a bit old-fashioned, with some faded maps on the wall and a few calendars from previous years that we never really bothered to take down. We focus on getting people where they need to go, whether it’s a quick trip to a nearby town or something much further away. We don’t have a big staff, just a few of us who have been in the travel business for a while. We aren't fancy people and we don't have a polished corporate look at all. It's just a regular shop where we handle various bookings. Sometimes the electricity goes out in the afternoon and we have to wait for a bit before we can finish a booking on the computer. It’s just a normal part of being in this area. We talk to a lot of different people every day, from young students to older couples. We just take down the details they give us and try to find a route that works. It’s very practical work. We like being in Kalkaji Extension because it’s such a lively part of the city.
