Our office is linked with the Institute of Management and Development here in New Delhi. It is an interesting spot because there is always a lot of talk about MBA and PGDPM courses happening around us. We are right in the thick of that educational environment. Diamond International Inex operates from this location, and our daily routine is usually filled with managing different projects and talking to people who are studying or working in management. The building has a lot of history and you can feel it in the hallways. It isn't a modern glass tower; it feels more like a place where people actually study and work hard. We have our desks set up and we spend a lot of time on our laptops or in small meetings. Sometimes the rooms get a bit stuffy, so we open the windows to let in the Delhi air. It is not always quiet here, especially when classes are letting out and students are moving around. We don't have a lot of fancy decorations on the walls. Mostly it is just calendars and notes pinned up. We focus on the work we have to do for the day. It is a straightforward setup. People come here to learn and we are here to run our business. It usually works out and we just get along with it. We have been part of this scene for some time now.
