We operate out of Mr. Mahendra Singh’s place on Anamika Road in Gulab Nagar. This is in Tundla, which is part of the Firozabad district. It’s a busy little area where everyone knows everyone else’s business. The road outside can get quite dusty, especially when the tractors go by. Our setup is simple. We have a phone line and a desk where we handle the dial-in services and local coordination. It’s not a corporate building with elevators. It’s just a regular house where we’ve set aside some space for the business. Mahendra is usually around if something needs fixing or if someone comes by with a question. We deal with a lot of local calls and help people get connected with the services they need. The walls are painted a plain color and we have a few plastic chairs for when people need to wait. It gets hot in the summer, so the fan is always running at full speed. We don't have a marketing team or a website. Most people just find us by word of mouth or by looking for the house on Anamika Road. We do our best to help whoever calls and we keep a logbook of everything that happens during the day. It’s honest work in a small town. We don't try to make it sound bigger than it is. We just provide the service and make sure the phone lines are working properly for everyone.
