We handle a lot of international shipping, so we’re constantly checking labels and weighing packages to make sure they’re ready for the planes. The office is functional and a bit industrial, with lots of tape dispensers and scales all over the place. It’s not the kind of place where you’d come to hang out, but it’s where we get the work done. The traffic on Vasant Kunj road can be a real headache, especially in the evenings, so we’re always trying to time our pickups just right. We’ve got a small team here who have been doing this for years, so they know the customs rules and the fastest routes. We don't spend time on fancy slogans or big promises. We just take the box, scan it, and send it on its way. Sometimes things get stuck in customs or a weather delay happens, and we just have to track it down.
