Dhingra Telecom

Dhingra Telecom is located over by Neb Sarai, right near Andheria More. It is a busy intersection and there is always something going on outside our door. We’ve been operating out of this small space for a good while now. It’s mostly just us handling the daily requests for mobile recharges or fixing small issues with phones. The shop isn't anything special to look at, just a practical space where we keep our tools and stock. We spend a lot of our time chatting with the regulars who live around Neb Sarai. It’s a tight-knit spot despite all the traffic passing through to the main road. Sometimes the dust from the road gets in, and we have to wipe down the glass counters constantly. It is just part of the job. We don’t have a big team or a human resources department. It is just a few of us making sure things get done. We like the location because it’s easy for people to stop by on their way home. You might have seen us if you ever get stuck in the traffic near Andheria More. We try to stay organized, but sometimes the back room gets a bit messy with old boxes and cables. That’s just how a telecom shop ends up looking after a few years. We don’t mind it. It’s our workspace and it feels comfortable to us. We’re here most days, just doing our thing.
