Dhananjay Agencies

Our place is tucked away on Hari Singh Nalwa Street, specifically at number 47/1873. Karol Bagh is always crowded, so you have to keep your eyes open to find the turn into Street 47. We’ve been running Dhananjay Agencies from this spot for quite a bit. It’s a tight space, but we have everything organized the way we like it. Most of the guys working here have been with me for years. We usually have tea together in the afternoon when things quiet down a bit. Customers come in and out, some looking for specific things, others just asking for prices. We try to keep things moving. The shelves are pretty high and we have stuff stacked up to the ceiling. It gets hot in the summer, but we have a couple of fans that keep the air moving. Dealing with suppliers takes up most of my morning. Then the rest of the day is just handling the walk-ins and checking the stock. We don't bother with fancy signs or advertisements. People around here know where we are. It's a busy life, especially on weekends when the market gets packed. We just focus on the work at hand. Sometimes it’s a bit chaotic, but that’s just how Karol Bagh is. We’re just regular people trying to run a shop without making a big fuss about anything. It works for us and the neighbors.
