We are located at 3731 Dariba Pan in the Paharganj area of New Delhi. It’s a very crowded part of the city, and there is always noise and people moving around outside. Our space here is small, but we make it work for what we need. We handle various tasks that come our way, mostly dealing with local trade and getting things moved from one place to another. It’s a lot of physical work and sometimes we are out on the street more than we are inside at the desk. We don’t have a big fancy sign or anything like that. People usually find us because they know the area or they were told where to look. The building is old and the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we are too busy to worry about that right now. We drink a lot of tea and talk to the other shopkeepers on the block to keep up with what’s happening in the market. It’s a very grounded way to live and work. We don't use any complicated systems or high-tech gear. We just use our ledgers and some basic tools to get through the day’s list. Paharganj is a tough place sometimes because of the heat and the crowds, but it’s where we belong. We just keep our heads down and focus on the current job. It is a bit messy but we like it that way.
