Dewan Holidays

Our office is situated on the second floor at 1748, Outram Lines in Kingsway Camp. It’s an older building, so the stairs can be a bit of a workout if the lift is acting up, which it sometimes does. Dewan Holidays has been operating from this New Delhi spot for a while now. When you walk in, you’ll see maps on the walls and stacks of folders on almost every flat surface. It’s not the most organized-looking place, but we know where everything is. We spend most of our time talking to people on the phone or responding to messages. It gets quite noisy when everyone is talking at once, especially during the middle of the day. We don't have any uniform or anything like that; we just wear our regular clothes. Kingsway Camp is a lively area, so there's always something happening outside. We usually get our tea from a guy who comes around with a kettle twice a day. It’s a very local way of doing things. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to polish our image. We just do the work that needs doing from our desks here. Sometimes we stay late to finish up the day’s tasks, but we don't mind it too much. It’s just a regular office where we try to keep things moving along steadily. We enjoy being part of the noise and the local community.
