We've been here in L Block for a while now. Most people know Mahipalpur because of the airport, and that's why we set up Dewan Holidays here. It's busy, and there's always someone looking for a way to get out of town or fix a booking. We mostly just handle the tickets and the hotel stuff that people find too confusing to do on their own. It’s not a huge office with fancy lights or anything. Just some desks, computers, and a few of us trying to keep things organized. Usually, someone is on the phone dealing with a cancelled flight or trying to find a better price for a family trip. It gets loud in here sometimes because the street outside is always packed with traffic. We don't really do the big fancy advertisements you see on TV. Most of our work comes from people walking in or calling us because their neighbor used us before. Sometimes the internet is slow, and we have to tell people to wait a minute while we reload the page. That's just how it goes. We know the local area well and where to get a decent cup of chai nearby if you're waiting for your paperwork. It’s just us doing our jobs every day, making sure things get booked properly without too much fuss. We stay open pretty late because travelers always have questions at odd hours.
