You can find us at 218 Chand Nagar here in New Delhi. It’s not a huge place, but it keeps us busy. Being part of the Pizza Hut side of things means there is always the smell of baking bread and toppings in the air. We aren't a corporate headquarters; we are just the local spot in Chand Nagar. The street outside is usually busy with scooters and people going about their business. Most of the day is spent prepping things, checking orders, and making sure the kitchen is running okay. The staff here are mostly local guys who know the area well. We talk about the weather or the local news while we work. It’s a practical environment. We have our regulars who come by, and we know their orders without them having to say much. The floors get swept a lot because of all the flour. It’s not a polished, high-end office. It’s a working kitchen and a small office space where the real work happens. Sometimes things get a bit chaotic when a lot of orders come in at once, but we just buckle down and get through it. No fancy language needed for that. We just make sure the food is ready and the paperwork is done. It’s a steady job in a busy part of Delhi, and we’re glad to be here. The lights stay on late, and the ovens stay hot until we close up and head home.
