We are based in Delhi and have been for quite some time. It’s a big city, and we’ve got our hands in a lot of different things, mostly to do with food and service. We started out small, just a few people with an idea, and it slowly turned into something much larger than we expected. We don't really have one single office that defines us, as we’re spread out across the city in various spots. Most of the folks who work with us are just regular people from the local neighborhoods. We don't go in for fancy titles or corporate speeches. We just want to get the job done and make sure things run smoothly for everyone involved. Dealing with food means every day is different. Some days are packed with orders and others are a bit slower, giving us time to clean up. We’ve had our share of mistakes over the years, but we always try to fix them quickly. It’s not a perfect operation, but it’s an honest one. We’ve seen the food scene in Delhi change so much since we first started. New trends come and go, but people always need a quick meal or a place to sit for a bit. We just try to be that place for them. We aren't trying to change the world or anything, just trying to run a decent business in a very busy city. It’s a lot of hard work and long hours, but we’re used to it by now. It’s just how we do things here.
