Devi Telecom Centre

We have been running Devi Telecom Centre here in Madhu Vihar for a good bit now. Our shop is located at C 1/55A in Dwarka Sector 3. Most people in the neighborhood know us because they come here when their phone screen cracks or if they need a quick recharge. It is not a very big place, just a regular counter where we sit and handle whatever comes our way. We deal with basic repairs and sell things like chargers, earphones, and glass protectors. Usually, the shop opens up around ten in the morning and we stay until the evening when the market gets busy. Some days are slow and we just sit and chat with the neighbors, but other times there is a line of people wanting their SIM cards fixed or looking for a second-hand handset. We don't do any flashy marketing or anything like that. People just know where we are. If someone has a problem with their mobile, they just walk in and we see what can be done. Sometimes the parts take a day or two to arrive, and we just tell the customer to check back later. It is a simple way of working and it seems to suit the people around Dwarka Sector 3. We have seen the area change a lot over the years, but the shop stays pretty much the same. It is just honest work helping people stay connected with their phones.
