Development Credit Bank Ltd is located at I-113 in the Jal Vayu Towers in Sector 56, Gurgaon. This part of Gurgaon has changed a lot over the years with all the new buildings coming up, but our spot in the towers stays pretty much the same. It is a quiet area compared to the main roads and we see a lot of the same faces coming in and out every day. The office is functional and has everything we need to handle the daily banking work. We spend a lot of time looking at screens and filing paperwork which can be a bit tedious, but it is what we are here for. The security guard at the entrance of the towers knows most of us by name now. Sometimes the air conditioning is a bit too cold and we have to wear sweaters even when it is boiling outside. We have a small corner where we keep the water cooler and that is where most of the office gossip happens. It is not a fancy high-rise office like some of the ones you see in Cyber City, but it is comfortable and we get our work done. We deal with numbers all day and it can be tiring for the eyes. By the time the sun starts to set over Sector 56, we are usually wrapping things up and heading out. It is just a regular branch where we try to keep things moving.
