Devanshi Mobile World

We are over at M D Market in Pitampura, shop number 29. It’s called Devanshi Mobile World. Basically, we handle anything to do with mobile phones. People come in when they’ve cracked their screens or when their battery isn't holding a charge like it used to. It’s a small shop but we try to fit a lot of accessories and parts on the walls. The market gets pretty busy in the evenings when everyone is out doing their shopping. We spend a lot of time looking at tiny screws and circuit boards under a lamp. It can be a bit hard on the eyes, but that's the job. We also have a few different types of cases and chargers if someone just needs a quick replacement. It’s not a big fancy showroom with glass cases everywhere. It’s more of a practical workspace where we can actually fix things. Sometimes we have a backlog of repairs, so there might be a few phones sitting on the shelf waiting for parts to arrive. We try to be honest about how long it'll take. The guys here are usually busy with a screwdriver in hand. We don't use a lot of fancy words. If the phone is broken, we tell you if we can fix it or if it’s time for a new one. It’s a steady pace and we like being part of the Pitampura neighborhood. Most people just drop by while they’re at the market anyway. We just keep the lights on and keep fixing phones.
