Dev Telecoms is located over at 2/225 Parkash Mohalla in East Of Kailash. We’ve been here for a while now dealing with phones and all the stuff that goes with them. People usually come in when their screen is cracked or they need a new charger because they lost theirs again. It gets pretty busy around lunch time, but mostly it's just us handling the day-to-day repairs and selling a few gadgets. The shop isn't fancy. We have some shelves with cases and screen protectors, and a small counter where we do the work. Most of the folks around here know where we are. If you walk down the street, you’ll see our sign. It's nothing special, just a place to get your mobile sorted. Sometimes we have to wait a couple of days for parts to arrive, but we try to be quick about it. The neighborhood is okay, plenty of people moving around. We spend a lot of time testing signals and making sure the batteries we put in actually hold a charge. We don't have a big team, just a couple of us who know how to fix things. It’s a lot of small screws and cables every day. Some days are slower than others, but there’s always something to tinker with. We like being in East Of Kailash because the regulars are nice and they tell their neighbors about us when their phones act up.
