You can find us at Mangla Bhawan, which is the 3390/3391 building near the Pusa Gate in South Patel Nagar. It is a well-known landmark in this part of New Delhi, so we don't usually have to give too many directions. The building itself has been around for a while and has that solid, older feel to it. Inside, our office is filled with travel posters that have been up for years and stacks of brochures that we keep meaning to organize. It is a bit of a walk-in place, so we often have people stopping by to ask about train schedules or flight prices. The desks are covered in notebooks where we scribble down dates and names. It isn't a high-tech setup with big screens everywhere; we still use a lot of paper and pens. The noise from the traffic near Pusa Gate is constant, but you stop hearing it after a few months of working here. We have a small corner where we keep the bags and parcels that people sometimes leave with us. The team is small, just a few of us who have been in the travel business for a long time. We know the routes and the shortcuts, and we just try to help people get where they need to go without too much fuss. It is a practical, busy little office where the phones never seem to stop ringing for long. We just handle it as best as we can every day.
