We operate out of B-14/4 in the P & T Colony along Pankha Road. It’s a busy spot in Ak Puri. We spend most of our time looking at screens and talking on the phone with airlines or hotels. It can get a bit loud in the office when everyone is talking at once, but that is just how it goes. We’ve been at this location for some time now. People come in looking for help with their holiday plans or just a simple bus ticket. We try to keep track of all the changes in travel rules, which seems to happen every other day lately. The office isn't anything special to look at, just some desks and a few old maps on the wall. We drink a lot of chai during the day to stay sharp. Sometimes the printer jams right when we need to hand over a ticket, which is frustrating but we deal with it. We aren't a big fancy company with a glass building. We are just here on the ground floor making sure people get their itineraries right. It’s honest work and we like seeing people come back after their trips to tell us how it went. Most of our customers are locals from the colony or people driving by on Pankha Road. We just keep it moving one day at a time without making a big fuss about it.
