Our office is located at H-29 in Malka Ganj. Being so close to Hansraj College means there is always a lot of energy around. Students are always walking by, and the area is pretty loud most of the time. We started Delmos Holidays a few years back. It’s just a small office with some desks and a couple of computers. We spend most of our time on the phone or looking at travel routes on the screen. It gets a bit cramped when more than two people visit at once, but we manage. We aren't trying to be some massive travel giant. We just help people figure out where they want to go and book their tickets. Sometimes the printer jams right when we need it, which is annoying. The street outside is narrow, so parking is always a headache. We usually grab lunch from the small shops nearby. Most of our clients are people from the neighborhood or students looking for a cheap getaway. We don't have a big marketing budget or a shiny lobby. It’s just us sitting here in Malka Ganj, trying to make sure people get their holiday plans sorted without too much fuss. It's a simple operation. We like it this way because we get to talk to people directly. No fancy automated systems, just us answering your questions and trying our best to help out.
