Our office is on the second floor of F-15/16 in Rohini Sector-15. It is a busy spot near Manav Chowk in Delhi, so there is always a lot of noise and activity outside. Most of us travel quite a distance to get here, navigating the traffic every morning. The office itself is pretty standard for a services company. We have desks, computers, and a lot of wires running everywhere. Since it is Dell International Services, we spend most of our time on calls or fixing technical issues for people. It gets loud when everyone is talking at once, but you get used to it after a few weeks. The area around Manav Chowk has plenty of small shops where we grab lunch or a quick samosa during the afternoon break. We do not really worry about having a polished image because the work is what matters. If a computer is broken or a system is down, we just get to work and try to solve it. It is not always easy, and sometimes the air conditioning struggles during the peak of summer, but we manage. We have been in this Rohini location for a bit now, and it has become a familiar routine for all the staff. There are no big speeches about our goals here. We just show up, log in, and handle whatever comes our way until it is time to head back home to our families. It is just a regular job for us.
