Dell International As A Help Desk

We’ve been running this small help desk at Rz-6 in East Krishna Vihar for quite a while now. It’s right in the heart of Najafgarh, New Delhi-43. Most days, it’s just us sitting at our desks waiting for the phone to ring or for someone to walk in with a laptop that won’t turn on. The office isn’t much to look at, just a few tables, some chairs that creak a bit, and a lot of tangled wires tucked away in the corners. We aren't a big corporate setup with fancy glass walls. It’s more like a local spot where people from the neighborhood come when they’re frustrated with their tech. The ceiling fan wobbles a little when it’s on high, but it keeps the air moving during the hot Delhi summers. We spend a lot of time looking at screens and trying to figure out why a motherboard isn't working or why the software is acting up. Sometimes the internet is slow and we just have to wait it out while drinking some chai from the stall next door. My nephew helps me out with the logging and the sorting of parts. We keep all our records in some old blue binders on the shelf. The street outside is always noisy with rickshaws and people shouting, but you get used to it after a few months. We just try to be useful to the folks around here. It’s a lot of troubleshooting and patience.
