Delight Caterers Pvt. Ltd.

We run Delight Caterers out of Flat Number 122 in the Netaji Subhash Apartments. That’s over in Phase-I, Pocket-I of Sector 13 in Dwarka. It’s a residential area, so it feels very local and quiet compared to the main roads. We handle all the planning and the orders from this apartment office. It’s often a bit cluttered with menus and schedules taped to the walls or stuck on the fridge. Since we are in Dwarka, we do a lot of events around this side of New Delhi. We spend a lot of time talking to families about their parties or weddings. The kitchen side of things is where the real action happens, but the office is where we keep the books and take the calls. Sometimes the doorbell rings constantly with deliveries or people asking questions about prices. It’s not a corporate headquarters, just a place where we manage the catering business. We’ve got a couple of big calendars marked up with all the dates in red pen. Sometimes we run out of pens because someone always walks off with them during a meeting. It’s a busy life, especially during the wedding season when everything happens at once and we barely have time to sit down. We like being in the apartment complex because it feels more personal than a storefront. Most of our neighbors know what we do and sometimes they stop by just to chat. It’s a bit cramped but we make it work.
