We’re based out of 93 Qutab View Apptts in Katwaria Sarai. The office is one of those DDA MS Flats, right across from the Qutab Hotel. It’s a good spot in New Delhi because you can actually see the Qutab Minar if the weather is clear enough. Delhi Tourism & Transportation Development Corporation Ltd has been operating from here for quite a while. It’s a residential complex, so it doesn’t feel like a corporate park at all. There are kids playing outside and people walking their dogs. Inside, we have our desks and computers set up to manage all the different parts of the business. It’s often a bit cluttered with papers and folders. We handle a lot of moving parts every day. The elevators sometimes take forever, but that’s just how it goes in these buildings. We aren't here to look important. We are just here to make sure things get done properly. The area of Katwaria Sarai is always moving, with students and professionals everywhere. It gives the place a lot of life. We take our lunches nearby and talk about the day’s problems. It’s a very grounded way to run a company. We don't have a big fancy lobby with a receptionist. You just walk in and see us working. It’s simple and it works for us. The view of the monument is a nice bonus that we don't take for granted.
