We are located in Pocket G-27 of Sector 3 in Rohini. It's a pretty busy residential area and finding House No. 18 isn't always easy if you aren't from around here. Most people just look for the landmarks near the local market. Our office handles various transport and tourism things for the city. Some days the phones don't stop ringing and other times it is just paperwork piling up on the desks. We have been in this part of Delhi for a while now. The building is just a regular house converted for work. You see the same faces every morning when the staff arrives. There is a tea stall nearby that everyone goes to during the break. It gets quite hot in the summers here, especially with the Delhi traffic outside. We just get on with the work, dealing with bus schedules or helping people figure out their travel plans. It is not a fancy corporate setup. Just a bunch of us working in a quiet pocket of Rohini. Sometimes the internet acts up or the electricity goes for a bit, but that is just part of living in this city. People come in with questions and we try to give them the right papers. It's mostly just routine stuff that keeps the day moving. The street outside gets a bit crowded in the evenings. There are usually a few rickshaws parked near the corner. Inside the office, the files are stacked in old cupboards. We try to keep things organized but there is always a lot to track with the transport side.
