We operate out of House Number 8/117 in Azad Nagar, which is over in Baraut. It's basically a residential area, so it's not like we have a big storefront on a main highway. Delhi Surgical & Dressings Pvt. Ltd is run by Vinay Kumar, and the place is often filled with boxes of medical supplies. We handle a lot of bandages and surgical items. It’s a lot of packing and unpacking throughout the day. The street outside can get a bit dusty, and it’s usually quiet except for the occasional delivery truck coming through. We don't have a big staff, just a few people who know where everything is kept. If you walked by, you might just think it’s another house, but inside we’re busy keeping track of inventory. It’s a lot of counting and making sure the labels are correct. We don't spend money on fancy advertisements or shiny signs. Most people in the trade know where to find us. Dealing with medical goods means we have to be careful with how things are stored. Some days we're just moving crates around to make room for new stock. It’s practical, straightforward work that keeps us busy from morning until late afternoon. We just do our bit here in Azad Nagar and don't make a big deal of it. It’s how the family has always done things.
