Delhi Metro Rail Corporation Limited

Located on Harshwardhan Street, this office for the Delhi Metro Rail Corporation Limited is part of the community. We are at B-118/A in North Ghonda, Delhi-53. While everyone knows the big metro stations, we work in this smaller neighborhood office. It’s a regular building in a busy street. North Ghonda is a crowded area, so there is always a lot of noise and activity outside. Our office isn't anything special to look at. It has desks, chairs, and lots of files about the metro projects. We spend our days coordinating different tasks and making sure the paperwork is in order. It’s a practical workplace, not a corporate showroom. We don't have any fancy stuff here. Just the tools we need for our jobs. The staff here are local people who know the area well. We walk to the local market for snacks and tea. Even though the Delhi Metro is a huge organization, this office feels very small and personal. We don't have big meetings with fancy presentations. We just talk about the work that needs to get done that day. It’s a bit messy sometimes with all the documents, but we know where everything is. We just keep our heads down and contribute to the metro system from this street in North Ghonda. It’s a steady, everyday kind of job for all of us here. We like being part of the city's transport network.
