Delhi International Airport Ltd

We are out here in Shyam Vihar, which is part of the Najafgarh area in Delhi. Being part of Delhi International Airport Ltd, you might expect us to be right in the middle of the terminals, but this is where we handle things. It’s a bit quieter out this way compared to the main airport hubs, which I think everyone here actually prefers. The roads in Najafgarh can be a bit rough sometimes, especially after it rains, but we manage to get in every morning without too much trouble. Our building in Shyam Vihar is pretty basic. It’s a place where we come to handle the practical side of the airport operations that don't need to be right on the runway. There’s a local feel to the neighborhood, with small shops nearby where we grab lunch or a quick snack. It’s not a polished corporate environment at all. We have our desks, our calendars, and a lot of conversations about logistics and schedules. Most of us have been working here long enough that we know all the shortcuts through the streets to avoid the worst of the traffic. It’s a straightforward way of working. No one is wearing fancy suits every day; we just dress for the work and get on with it. It’s a good spot for us, and it feels like we’re part of the local community here in Shyam Vihar. We just do our part and keep the wheels turning.
