You can find us on the second floor of a building in Laxmi Nagar, at number 121 in the J&K block. Getting up to the office involves a few stairs, but once you’re here, it’s a quiet place to sit and talk about travel. We have a view of the street below, which is always full of people and rickshaws. The office itself is quite basic. We’ve got a couple of desks, some calendars on the walls, and stacks of papers from different tour operators. We spend our days mostly on the phone or typing away on the keyboards to get bookings sorted out. Laxmi Nagar is a bit of a maze if you aren’t used to it, but we’ve been at this address for a long time. We handle everything from local car rentals to longer trips out of Delhi. Sometimes the air conditioner makes a bit of a hum, and the tea guy comes by twice a day. It is just a regular workplace where we try to keep things organized. We don't have a receptionist in a suit; usually, it's just one of us looking up from a screen when the door opens. We like it that way because it feels more direct. People in the area know us as the tour guys on the second floor. We just try to get the details right and make sure people have their papers ready before they head out.
