Deepak Telecom

Deepak Telecom is a small shop located in the Budh Vihar Main Market, in the Mangolpuri Khurd area. You can find us at J 9. This market is always buzzing with local people doing their daily shopping, and we are right in the thick of it. We mostly deal with mobile phones, doing things like selling talk time, fixing broken screens, or helping people pick out a basic handset. It’s a very neighborhood-focused shop. Most of our customers are people who live just a few streets away and have been coming to us for years. The shop is small and can get crowded quickly if more than three people are inside at once. We keep the walls lined with accessories like cases and headphones. Usually, someone is sitting at the small workbench in the back, squinting at a circuit board or trying to pry open a phone with a tiny screwdriver. It’s the kind of place where you can just stop by for a chat while your phone is charging or being updated. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything like that; we just rely on the fact that people in Budh Vihar know we’re here and that we’ve been here a long time. It’s a simple life, opening up in the morning, seeing the familiar faces of the market, and closing up late in the evening when the crowds finally thin out.
