Deepak Telecom

Our shop, Deepak Telecom, is located at A-14 in Alaknanda. It’s a pretty quiet neighborhood compared to some other parts of the city, which we like. We’ve been here serving the local residents for quite some time now. Most of what we do involves mobile phones, whether it's selling a new one or fixing one that's acting up. We also keep a good variety of phone covers and screen guards because everyone seems to drop their phone eventually. It’s just me and a helper most days. We keep the place tidy, but it's definitely a working shop with tools scattered around the back bench. We don't use any high-pressure sales tactics here. If someone wants a phone, we show them what we have and let them decide. Often, people just come in to ask a question about their bill or how to use an app. We don't mind helping out with those small things. It builds a good relationship with the people living around A-14. The shop is small but we’ve managed to fit everything we need inside. We’ve seen kids grow up and start buying their own phones from us, which is a bit strange to think about. We aren't trying to become a huge chain or anything. We just want to keep the shop running well and take care of the people in Alaknanda. It’s a simple way to make a living and we’re grateful for the customers we have.
