Deep Mobile Communication

Deep Mobile Communication sits in Tilak Nagar, right in Block No 17 at Building No 68/B. It is a small shop, mostly filled with glass counters and boxes of phone chargers. If you walk inside, you will see a lot of screens and small parts for different mobiles. We spend a lot of time looking through those magnifying glasses to fix tiny circuits. Tilak Nagar is always crowded, so there is a constant noise of traffic and people talking outside. Sometimes we have three or four people waiting in the small space, and it gets a bit tight. We don't have a lot of space for a waiting room. We just do the repairs right there while people watch or they go for a walk and come back later. Most of what we do is fixing cracked screens or battery issues. It’s the kind of place where the light is always bright so we can see what we are doing with the small screws. We try to keep things organized but with so many small parts, it’s hard. We aren't trying to be the biggest shop in the area. We just want to make sure the phones work when they leave the counter. It’s a busy little spot and we like the bustle of the neighborhood. Most customers are just neighbors who dropped their phones and need a quick hand.
