We are over at J-7/116 on the first floor in New Delhi. It is one of those spots where you have to climb a narrow set of stairs to get to us. The neighborhood is 110027, and it stays pretty busy most of the day with traffic and people walking by. Inside, it is just a normal office with desks and a few computers that we use to look up flights for people. Sometimes the printer acts up right when someone is waiting for their ticket, which is frustrating, but we deal with it. We spend a lot of time on the phone or typing away. There is a small window that looks out onto the street, and we see the same tea seller every morning. Most of us have been working here for a while now, so we know the routine. It is not a very big space, but we have enough room for the files and the chairs for when people come in to talk about their trips. We do not really have any fancy decorations, just some old calendars and a few maps pinned to the walls. In the summer, the air conditioning struggles a bit with the Delhi heat, but we keep it running. It is just a regular place where we get the work done and try to make sure everything is sorted for the people who walk in. We drink a lot of chai throughout the day to keep going.
