You can find us on the second floor of House Number 179 in the J-Extension area of Laxmi Nagar. We’re on Street Number 5. It’s a typical Delhi neighborhood with narrow streets and lots of shops. We focus on air transport services from this small office. It’s not a huge operation, just a handful of us working to get things moved from point A to point B. We spend a lot of time on the phone with airlines and cargo people. The stairs up to the second floor are a bit steep, but we’re used to it. Laxmi Nagar is always crowded, so getting to work in the morning can be a bit of a struggle. We’ve been in this building for a few years now. The office is full of ledgers and old computers. We don't have any big signs or fancy decorations. We just do the work that needs to be done. It gets pretty loud outside with all the street noise, but we just close the windows and keep at it. Sometimes clients come by to drop off documents, but mostly we do everything remotely. It’s a straightforward business. We just try to make sure things get where they need to go without too much trouble.
