Debonairs Pizza

Debonairs Pizza is located at Dh-201 in the Abhimanyu Apartments over in Vasundhra Enclave. If you walk by, you’ll probably smell the bread baking in our ovens. Our kitchen isn't huge, so we have to stay organized to keep the orders moving along. We spend a lot of time flouring the counters and getting the fresh toppings ready. It’s a local spot, so we know a lot of the families living in the apartments nearby. The delivery guys are always coming and going on their bikes, especially when it’s raining or cold outside. We have a small team here, and we all pitch in with whatever needs doing, whether it’s taking an order or mopping the floor at the end of the night. Plot No. 65 is where we spend most of our waking hours. It’s a bit noisy with the ovens humming and the phones ringing for delivery. We don't have a corporate script; we just talk to people like they are our neighbors. Sometimes we run out of a certain topping and have to tell people, which is just part of the job. It’s a busy life in Delhi-110096, and we just try to keep up with the demand. The dough gets everywhere, and our uniforms usually have a bit of tomato sauce on them by the time we finish a shift.
