We have been at 641 Sarita Vihar for a bit now. It is a busy spot in Pocket A and there is always something going on. Usually, someone is on the phone or tracking a shipment on an old computer. The traffic outside can get loud in the afternoons, especially when the school buses go by the window. Darcl handles a lot of the heavy lifting that people do not usually see. We start early, usually around 8, and the chai guy comes by at 10. That is when we take a break and talk about what is on the schedule for the day. It is not a fancy office with glass walls or anything like that. It is just a regular place where work happens. We focus on getting things from one place to another. Sometimes there are delays or paperwork issues at the border, but that is just part of the job. New Delhi is a big city and Sarita Vihar is right in the middle of a lot of it. We keep our records in metal filing cabinets and use old desks that have been here for years. It is mostly about showing up and doing the work. People stop by to drop off documents or just to ask directions because they get lost in the pockets. We do not have a big sign out front, just the address and the name. It works for us and the neighborhood has stayed the same for years. Most of us take the metro or ride bikes to get here.
