We are located in Karnal, specifically over in Urban Estate at house number 573/6. It’s a residential area, so it’s a bit quieter than being right in the middle of the main market. Our office is basically part of the house, which makes it feel a bit more relaxed than a typical business spot. We have a few desks set up and some maps pinned to the walls so we can see where people are headed. Most of the time, we’re just sitting here answering the phone or talking to folks who stop by to ask about train schedules or hotel stays. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us who know the area well. The tea pot is almost always on, and we usually take a break in the afternoon when things slow down a bit. It’s a pretty simple way of doing things. We don't have fancy brochures or big glowing signs out front. People usually find us because they live nearby or someone told them about us. We spend a lot of our time checking and re-checking dates and prices on the computer. It’s practical work, and we try to keep it as honest as possible. Sometimes the internet goes out and we just have to wait it out, chatting until the connection comes back. That’s just how it goes here in the estate.
